Preparing hearts and minds for Christian excellence.

GDA kids learn through the proven Christian classical approach to become strong thinkers who stand for truth.

Gloria Deo Academy seeks to train Christian youth to glorify God by recovering the legacy of the Western Civilization. The academy respects the historic Christian faith and approaches each subject with a Biblical worldview. The academic program is designed to develop the student through classical Christian learning in the knowledge (grammar), understanding (logic, dialectic or reasoning), and wisdom (rhetoric) of each subject with increasing sophistication as age, grade level, and ability rise. Classical elements such as Latin, logic, and rhetoric, as well as good and great books are provided not only as formal classes but also are integrated across the curriculum.

Kid Tested, Parent Approved

“Gloria Deo Academy has been a safe-haven for our family. They have, and continue, to take our kiddo’s needs into account and work closely with us to create long-term growth, reach goals, and foster a love of learning and wonder in our kids.”

“GDA has given us so much flexibility with our time, allowing us the opportunity to travel and grow as a family. Our kids are challenged academically and are being taught TRUTH. They are cared for, prayed for, and loved by their teachers. Their spiritual growth is as important as their academics. They are learning to think, articulate their thoughts and confidently speak with and to others. They have learned to budget their time and take responsibility for their work.”

“Two of my kids are fairly shy. They stay fairly quiet around other people, even when engaged. After a few years at GDA, I’ve noticed them feel more comfortable around adults and they do so much better communicating in public!”

Is it affordable?2023-02-22T15:19:43-06:00

GDA is more affordable than most private schools. Payments can be spread throughout the year and the university style helps keep uniforms, lunches, books, and other costs low.

Am I a capable teacher for my children?2021-07-01T12:17:32-05:00

A core foundation of Gloria Deo Academy is collaboration and partnership. Parents are not expected to become experts on every subject. Instead, parents manage learning-at-home by letting their child take control of their own education and guiding them through the process.

Additionally, many parents build relationships with other parents so their kids can collaborate in learning with each other as well.

What if we tried homeschooling and it did not work for our family?2021-07-01T12:24:29-05:00

We can’t promise you that Gloria Deo Academy will work where other attempts failed. But commited parents will find guidance and partnership from the school faculty and staff as well as fellow parents.

Will my child fit in?2021-06-29T18:55:58-05:00

Gloria Deo Academy is the perfect fit for all kids. We’ve found that the Christian environment and expectations dissolves nearly all issues related to behavior, bullying, and drama.

Will this will take too much of my time?2021-06-29T18:54:46-05:00

After certain grade levels, kids are expected to work more on their own at home. This teaches them very important life skills. They learn to take control of their education, manage their schedule, and meet the requirements expected of them.

The Future is Bright!

At GDA, your kids can learn to take control of their education. See them make an impact on our community for the glory of God.

You want the best education for your kids.

But sometimes you wonder…

  • what are they learning?

  • are they being challenged?

  • do the new educational fads work?

  • will they face bullying or drama?

  • are they growing?

  • will they reach their full potential?

I understand. These are some of the questions I faced when I followed God’s call to start Gloria Deo Academy. And during the last 18 years, we’ve seen over 3,000 kids flourish at GDA.

Our time-tested approach challenges kids to meet their full potential. We practice a Christian, classical education that creates strong thinkers who aren’t afraid to stand up for the truth.

I’d love for you to schedule an educational consultation and see what we’re like.
