ATHLETICS
GDA provides quality athletic opportunities in which students can grow in strength, unity, sportsmanship, and leadership while using their talents to glorify God through sports. The Academy participates in various Missouri State High School Activity Association (MSHSAA) events throughout the year as well as club sports and other activities.
Notable Awards for 2017 – 2019:
*18 Cross Country Medals Awarded
*16 State Qualifiers on the Archery Team
Our athletic’s program includes the following:
Bass Fishing, Volleyball, Archery, Basketball, and Cross Country
GDA’s Basketball Team officially joined MSHSAA in 2018.
GDA took 2nd Place in the Junior High Division at the National Youth Fishing Association Tournament! Congrats, Sam & Henry!!! Great job, Lions!
