We are thrilled to announce that GDA’s application was accepted to join the Turning Point Academy Association.
Turning Point Academy Association joins together like-minded education advocates and schools around shared values to provide transformational education to the next generation rooted in God’s truth and virtue.
One benefit of joining the TPAA is that Gloria Deo Academy upper grade students who are 16 or older may take free Hillsdale College Courses to earn scholarships that can be applied to GDA’s tuition. If the upper grade student is a senior, then the scholarship may be applied towards GDA’s tuition or towards the student’s college.
Once the required courses are complete, students may apply for the Foundation for the Restoration of America Constitutional Scholarship. Funds may be used for tuition at private high schools, colleges, universities, trade schools, and other higher education efforts.
- The 2024 scholarship application deadline is Sunday, June 30 at midnight for the first round and Tuesday, December 31 at midnight for the second round.
- Only completed applications will be considered.
- Applications and Hillsdale College Certificates of Completion must be uploaded to the FFROA website before the deadline.
- All Applications must include certificates of completion for the following courses: Introduction to the Constitution and Constitution 101: The Meaning and History of the Constitution
- To be eligible for an additional $5,000 or $10,000 scholarship, you must complete one of the following Hillsdale College courses and include the Certificate of Completion with the application.
- The U.S. Supreme Court
- Congress – How It Worked and Why It Doesn’t
- The Federalist Papers
- The Presidency and The Constitution
- Constitution 201 – The Progressive Rejection of the Founding and the Rise of Bureaucratic Despotism
