Dinner will be provided by the White River Conference Center. The menu for the evening includes: Maple Almond Chopped Kale Salad, Slow Roasted Brisket, Seasonal Vegetables, and White River Signature Rolls. Two options will be available for dessert, Chocolate Mousse Layer Cake and a New York Style Cheesecake.  Drinks include Regular or Decaffeinated Coffee, Iced Tea, and Water. If you have dietary restrictions, a gluten free and vegan option is available upon request in advance. This option includes a White River Signature Salad, Marinated Portobello Mushrooms, Grilled Asparagus, Seasonal Squash, and Fresh Spinach with Heirloom Tomato Sauce and Aged Parmesan. The gluten free dessert is a fresh cup of fruit.
