• The window for Basketball Registration is scheduled to close on October 14, however we will be leaving it open beyond that point to account for any late-comers.

• In addition to submitting the online registration form, athletics must also submit the required paperwork from MSHSAA including the Sport Injury Risk Waiver Annual Form, MSHSAA Physical Form (every 2 years), and the MSHSAA Pre-participation Annual Form. All of these forms are available on the Athletic webpage. Note: Basketball practice times will be pushed out by no later than October 10. We appreciate your patience during this season. We are in the process of hiring additional coaches for Basketball and will notify all of you the moment this process concludes.
