Key Club is hosting a GDA Read-A-Thon! For the month of March, we are challenging your students to read as many books as they can! The reading challenge is open to all GDA K-12 students.
Your student should receive a Read-A-Log sent home from school soon. As they read books, we ask that they fill out the log and once it is full have your student return it to school to get another one. The more books you read the better your chances to win a prize!
Dates: March 1st – 31st
Participants: Upper and lower grades can all participate. Both upper and lower grade winners will receive prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place as well as house points for all upper grades participants!
How To Participate: Record everything you read excluding schoolwork on the provided sheets. Have a parent or a guardian sign off on your sheets. Turn them in to a Key Club member by April 1st (M/W campuses) or April 2nd (T/Th campuses) and we will announce winners!
Turn In Your Reading List: Lower grade students can turn Read-A-Logs in to their teachers. Upper grade students can turn in Read-A-Logs to either A Key Club Officer, Mrs. Hay’s box, or the GDA business office!
