High School Open House/Back to School Social is scheduled for August 9th. 

We look forward to welcoming all new and returning students to an exciting year of learning and growth. This event will be a fantastic opportunity for families to meet teachers, visit your child’s classroom, and get acquainted with the various extra-curricular programs and activities available. We encourage all families to attend and be a part of our vibrant school community. Back to School Social:
We are excited to announce that Jack’s Ice Cream will be at all of our Open House events [both Golden and River Stone]! The menu price range is $2-$6 per item. Please visit their website to view the menu. If you have any dietary restrictions or major allergies, please contact Jack’s Ice Cream directly for more information.

 

Important Notes for Upper School students:
  • Upper School students do not need to drop off school supplies.
  • 9th-12th Grades Only: Learn about the A+ program at 4:30 pm. The dual credit meeting will be at 5:15 pm. We will direct you to the meeting rooms upon arrival. Jennifer Smith, our Interim Guidance Counselor, will be co-leading the A+ program meeting with Mr. Keith Clouse.
  • Several documents need to be notarized on site (i.e., athletic waivers and permission slips). If you are a notary, we would love to have a few people help notarize these documents. If we can have at least three other notaries, our lines will move much quicker! Please respond to this email to assist.
  • Every parent needs to bring their driver’s license and insurance card to Open House to complete the notary process at the time we notarize your documents.
All grades may choose to drop off their summer reading projects if they wish.
