Coach Myers will be leading summer conditioning on Monday, Wednesday, Friday from May 29*-July 26, except for the week of July 1-5 due to the holiday. Each session will be from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. Summer conditioning will be 24 days total. We will keep registration for it open through the first week until May 31st. Click here to register. 

It is open to all GDA students that will be in grades 7-12 for the 2024-2025 academic school year.

Students will need to wear comfortable work out clothing and must comply with student/parent handbook for no uniform days.
