Gloria Deo Academy presents the 2022 Speech and Debate Showcase!
You have heard about our award-winning Speech and Debate Team. You have seen us post our successes time & time again. Now it is time for you to see our team in action!
GDA is thrilled to invite you to attend its first ever Speech and Debate Showcase on June 9th from 5:30 – 7:00 PM. Come hear our award-winning team perform as we prepare to take the largest team we have ever taken to compete at Speech and Debate Nationals!
This is a perfect opportunity to see our kids in action and to learn what Speech and Debate is all about. Be sure to bring your students so they can be inspired and look forward to joining our national qualifying team. Tickets are not required for this free event, so please invite your friends and family!
As many of you know, we had a tough 2021-2022 school year and we had to cancel our annually hosted GDA Speech and Debate Tournament. This tournament usually raises the funds to help support the traveling costs and fees of our Speech and Debate National Tournament trips. Due to the cancellation of that tournament and not being able to raise those funds, we will be accepting donations at the end of the showcase. Admission to this showcase is free, but we would be so grateful for your support of GDA’s largest-ever Nationals-Qualifying Team. If you are unable to join us on June 9th and would still like to donate, please fill out the donation form below.
