Literary Character Day Dress Up Day/CIA Day, October 30-31

Literary Character Dress Up Day is Wednesday, October 30 (Golden M/W, River Stone M/W, Joplin) and Thursday, October 31 (Golden T/Th and River Stone T/Th). Students may come to school dressed as their favorite literary character (no cost), wear jeans or athletic pants and GDA spirit wear (for $1, as is typical on CIA Day), or wear their school uniforms (no cost).

Please make sure costumes are school appropriate (nothing scary, gross, or immodest). Also, keep in mind that it will still be a normal school day so please make sure costumes allow students to see, write, run, climb, etc. (No masks please). Accessories/props that would be distracting (i.e., lightsabers, swords, etc.) should also remain at home.

Students still need to wear tennis shoes/sneakers so they will be able to participate in P.E. and recess.
